Anyanyone wants to join the challenge if 200 proper push-ups per day? I thought so- what you don't want. So far day five in the pocket. Building battery charger from car alternator and bicycle.

      On a evening workout made 16kg kettbell snatches unbroken R100 L115- just for fun. And plenty turkish get ups up to 40kg kb.
