Today I got up early in the morning. When I got up and went outside, I felt a little cold. It is the beginning of the winter.
I went to run, jog and walk. I saw people were doing exercise. That's sounds great. People know what to do to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and they are doing it.
After that, I did free hand exercise. And I finished my exercise today. How about you? What did you do today? Please let me know in the comments bellow.
