My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2018

Today it rained for some time so I was not able to enjoy my daily walk on the terrace in the evening. However, I was still walking around for quite some time here at my childhood home. There is a lack of the usual technology that I am used to being surrounded with, such as AC and showers and proper toilets. Every small task requires more effort, and while I probably cannot live my daily life like this, it is a more fit and healthy lifestyle.
