This is the 40th instance of reporting daily activities consisting of walking around the office/ home, and various places in daily errands. Total steps were 5,545.
The photo I included above was from today's sunset. We went out on a 3 mile run and walk. It felt great as we had multiple uphill areas to get good workout from. Unfortunately, my actifit was turned off. Hence, I have undercount of today's activities.
