- Cycling to work and from work
8 km with 50-meter elevation - Working in catering service for 10 hours
Walking around 17 km - No workout as my back still hurts

That's a nice amount of fitness, something I am slowly working towards doing more of. I want a bike to ride around on the trails we have, just got to wait until I got more money.
