Hello everyone 👋,

Happy Caturday 🐈 and a very warm welcome from Bob and yours truly😹. It's Bob's and other furry friends day to claw 🐾 into the blockchain and as always glad you stopped by. It's been a great day and as it fades away, I am raring to go with my stepping activities and also share some of the trending stories. Thank you for reading and let's get started 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off early with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the neighborhood 🌲. It was a beautiful sunny 🌞 morning.
Then I was back indoors for a bit of resting before embarking on the little house chores around the house. Up and down and in between I kept watching the news for trending stories. Then later in the afternoon a quick stop at the mall for groceries. Next, I was back indoors sleeping for the usual refreshing afternoon nap💤. The evening came in quite swiftly, I was up, cooking and watching a bit of youtube and some interesting EPL matches.
The sunset walk came as it was almost getting dark, as always slow paced enjoying the cool evening/night breeze. I finally made it back home safe and sound calling it a day.
So that was my day but lets finish with some of the trending stories.
Locally, a rather quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹, It's the weekend so the politicians are roaming everywhere.
On the continent Libya trending with some dire news😿. 94 rescue workers have been killed during rescue and recovery operations in the east part of the country. Thousands are still missing after storm Daniel and collapse of two dams flooded the city of Derna 🙀.
Globally, political shenanigans 😹 as Poland's PM told Ukraine's Zelensky to never insult Polish people again, the speech that has ruffled feathers was Zelenskys UN address this week. Let's hope this gets amicably resolved💯.
Speaking of Ukraine, today for the second time they targeted Russian Blacksea naval base in Sevastopol.Another taste of their own medicine 😹.
Then Azerbaijan and Armenia trending as aid started trickling in some parts of Nagorno karabakh. Azerbaijan said that ethnic Armenian forces had agreed to stop fighting and disarm.
Not far, Israel trending as resilient protesters returned to the streets for a 38th consecutive week😹. They are protesting proposed judicial reforms that would weaken the supreme court. Netanyahu definitely not listening as some parts of the bill have already been passed😿.
Across the pond in the US, an influx of migrants has been reported at the southern border with Mexico. Upwards of 9,000 people got into the US in 24 hours. Reports show that in 2022 more than 2.2 million people crossed the border illegally🙀. Something's gotta give😹.
Finally, China trending as president Jingping Xi opened the Hangzhou 19th Asian games. The games will be held over the next two weeks in 56 venues, of which 12 have been newly built. I will be watching and may the best athletes win💯.
