Férias + My Actifit Report Card: dezembro 16 2018
Estou passando as férias no Rio de Janeiro. O calor aqui está de lascar. Por isto fica difícil praticar os meus sagrados 10 mil passos diários do Actifit durante o dia. Só lá pelas 17:00h começa a aliviar. Portanto terei que diminuir a meta este mês para apenas 5 mil passos diários.

Outro motivo é que são muitas pessoas e amigos para encontrar e muitos lugares para visitar. Quase sempre justo no horário que seria agradável fazer uma atividade física, aproximadamente de umas 19h em diante, é o momento no qual combinei de ir em algum boteco tomar uma cerveja para bater papo e rever velhos conhecidos.
