My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2018

I made it past 10k again! Today was a combination of starting off with lawn care and walking around doing that type of thing but it didn't get me to where I wanted to be. That meant after completing my @dlive shows I grabbed the dogs and we went for a walk around the neighborhood. I really don't know what I would do without them!

Keep it up! I know just what it's like to need to squeeze some activity into the day. The way I make that happen is to only get the groceries I need for the day so that come breakfast time, I have to go walk to the store or else perish of starvation. Most days the choice comes easily... although it can sometimes be a grind. But I always feel better and get a sense of accomplishment after it's done. When you work at home on your own schedule, and on the computer no less, you gotta get creative with policing yourself. Otherwise, I find that I can let a whole week go by without leaving at all.


I completely understand that! My usual problem there is that I leave Actifit closed and forget to record those steps! :) I'm still 100% with you and struggle with keeping active too. I really look forward to when Actifit adopts leaderboards to let us create groups and compete directly with one another. I think that will also give me a little added motivation.


Some days, it's just not possible.

Definitely do! It's an excellent motivator to stay active and fight off a sedentary lifestyle.
