Hoje decidi dividir e registar a minha actividade actifit por etapas.

1000 passos - Saí de casa e caminhei até á padaria onde fui fazer o meu PÃO PORTUGUÊS ARTESANAL.

Entregas na praia de Morro Branco
na praia do Diogo
na cidade de Beberibe
na cidade de Cascavel

Último cliente na cidade de Fortaleza , agora regressar a Beberibe uma viagem de 80Km.
Alem de trabalhar cuida da saúde nem parece que tem 58 anos.
