My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2019
As promised yesterday, I was able to meet and exceed my exercise goals today.
My day started with some stretching. I stretched for about 5 mins, then, I started my cardio workout. I usually work out to YouTube videos and today’s video was by PoP Sugar. I must admit that I felt pretty energetic today. I was jumping higher than I usually do and I felt like my endurance has improved.
After my cardio, I went ahead to do about 15-20 minutes of Core workout. This part kicked my butt a little bit - I won’t lie (haha). Then I had breakfast and walked 30 mins to work. During my lunch break, I made my pilgrimage back to the mountain. The day was rounded up with another 30 minute walk back home.
My fitness tracker indicates that i did about 14500 steps but as usual I couldn’t have my phone with me all the time.
