I was ready for getting back on track with my workouts today as I woke up very early to get to the hotel gym for a run only to find out that the gym was closed for remodeling. Given the weather outside and not being prepared for it from a clothing perspective, I could not get to a formal workout today. However, fortunately I walked between meetings today enough to get past the minimum threshold to post.
