My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2019
Hello there, today I continued with my aerobics routine, but it had a twist as it wasn't the usual aerobics sessions, it was a boxing aerobics workout. Yeah, boxing.
I've always had this affinity for boxing, I've had it in mind to do proper boxing training but I haven't had the time to go to the gym and punch the heavy bags.
Since I've not had the chance to hit the gym, I opted for the boxing aerobics workout.
I learnt the basic 1-2s and leg movement, learnt to have the correct posture and technique. I also did core of exercises to improve the upper body. It was fun, a little intense tho.
I look forward to more sessions as I stay in full fitness level.
