My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2020

Hey everyone - it has been a LONG time since my last post. My life has been so overwhelming the past several months. I won’t go into detail on this post - will save it for another day.

I will say that I am thankful for making it right here, at this day, at this time. I am thankful that things that were supposed to happen did not happen. I am thankful that I get a new chance every time my eyes open. And I am thankful that I have a warrior on the inside of me, ready to fight for the people that I love.

As for my fitness, I have been walking a ton for work meetings that go all day long, but I really need to get back to my streaming workouts again. Those have been the MOST helpful for me to get all of this weight off. I have been writing an online course to help church members with weight loss and sharing my experiences as well. It’s super important to get my health back, especially since my husband wants us to try to have children this year.

Keep on praying for me, and I will do the same for each of you.
