Hittin' It Hard
Today was a good day for exercise. I went to the gym this morning and Hit It Hard!
I ran 4 miles on the treadmill in 26mins! Although it felt way easier than running outdoors. But I'll take it as a win 😉
After that it was on to a 30min ab workout where I destroyed myself, I am still feeling it!
Then it was an intense core workout, trying to hit all the muscles..
I finished up with a light chest and arm workout and some stretching after my hardcore workout..
(NAILED IT)
That was my activity for the day.. Take care friends, catch ya on the flip side ✌😎
Good job @moderndayhippie with your 13286 @actifit steps. You had quite the workout! I would be suffering from the 48 hour rule and not be able to move along about tomorrow night into Thursday, lol! Have a good night.

Nicely done! All I'm really doing is walking to get my activity in. In my defense, I do it outside in Wisconsin in the winter.
And some bodyweight exercises around the house, I suppose.
Dang, nice job. I am lucky I am able to fit in my 30 minute workout each morning. I can't imagine going for an hour or more like you did. That is pretty impressive!
