My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2019
I enjoyed the days when weekends were for myself. Alas we get older and things and times changed. Today was another working day - it was not at my regular place of work so it took less than 90 minutes by train . However I walked the nearest train distance as it is only one stop but believe or not it takes about 30 minutes. I did that two ways. I make special efforts to walk the stairs and walk about my classroom to stay active and alert. Hence the numbers. Got to keep it moving. I tried cooking with the students today. This is what we came up with - supposed to be caramel apples - tasted pretty good.
