Greetings friends - it’s a good day to be alive ! It’s Friday! TGIF! Whatever you do today - make it a good one. I clocked up some miles by walking briskly around my classroom as well as to and from various errands. Got in my 26th day of steemit push-up challenge- heehaw! Feeling tired but good. Have a great one!

Just by doing the small things right - if I checked my movements by one of those smart watches I would have more steps. Steem it is bro - I have lost weight by walking and doing my daily 7 pushups. My steem is on !
