I really thought adding in a morning walk to work was going to help me along with my goals more.
It turns out walking to work is only about 4000 which means I have to add another activity to my daily routine. Walking the kids to school or to the park is going to have to be it.
Today it was laundry. I go up and down stairs to get my laundry done and I took extra trips on purpose to get my steps over 5000.
This means that my ultimate goal of 10,000 steps a day is a bit further than I thought.
I will be saving money on gas - but I’m gonna have to buy shoes more often.
