My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2019

No plant sale today- but the Free Table was still up and going strong!! We gave all kinds of great stuff away and neighbors stopped by and added to the table. Love that kind of thing!

Didn’t make it to 15 000 today but my body thinks I did. Lots of lifting, digging, crouching down and such in the garden. Tired for sure!
