Olá amigos. É simples... fazer desporto é saudável 🙂. E também podemos fazer desporto durante um dia de trabalho.Pode ser depois de acordar, saltando e esticando um pouco (5 a 10m).Pode ser no caminho para a escola/trabalho (5 a 10m).Pode ser no trabalho: andar, subir/descer escadas, transportar pesos,... (5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do almoço, andar um pouco, apanhar ar (5 a 10m).Pode ser no caminho de regresso para casa (5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do jantar, andar um pouco, ajuda a fazer a digestão (5 a 10m).Por isso, vamos todos fazer desporto. 😎😎Hoje trago-vos mais uma mistura de 3 fotos. Puede ser en el camino a la escuela / trabajo (5 a 10m) .Puede ser en el trabajo: caminar, (5 a 10m) .Puede ser después del almuerzo, caminar un poco, coger aire (5 a 10 m). Puede ser en el camino de regreso a casa (5 a 10m). ser después de la cena, caminar un poco, ayuda a hacer la digestión (5 a 10m). Por eso, todos vamos a hacer deporte. 😎😎Hoy te traigo una mezcla de 3 fotos. Espero que lo disfruten.😎😎.
