My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2020
Hello Actifitters and happy Thursday,
As explained yesterday, I thought today would be one of those days you want to avoid. It turned out not that bad and actually a very active day.
First I got up very early (well at least for me) to get some steps before my first meeting. That was quite unusual for me to go for a walk while the sun is still rising. And of course, lighting was quite different as well.
I think everybody was still kind of sleepy because we met this raccoon on the side of the road, it didn't even flee, and the dogs didn't even notice it.
In the afternoon, we went for another walk and that brought my Actifit steps to 24k. I even added a run, almost 7 miles to complete the day. So like I said, pretty active.
