My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2018

Today was a rough day to get my steps in. I had a tight right hamstring all day long I don't know if I pulled it or what but it was yanking at me the entire time I walked. I had to take things very slow which made the 10,000 steps seem even longer than usual. But I was able to finish it and now I will take a nice hot bath to try to stretch that muscle out

You can compress cold and hot for 15 min each, first warm it, stretch the muscle and after you finish you put on the cold compress and relax.

Hello @mannacurrency good day, for me I soak my feet with warm water and one of Dr. Teals' epson salt for about 15-20 minutes before bedtime. It helps relieve muscle aches and pains. The lavender scent is a good one. It's soothing.
