My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2019

I did the X3 week 50 1b today. Push day. Chest press, overhead, split leg squats and triceps press. I added standing row to the overhead routine.

Also spent 10 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Today held some walking too as we pulled our camper trailer home.
