The past weekend was by far the most rainy weekend I've ever seen so far for this year. The road's where a mess and it was impossible to run or workout outdoors. Many places where out of power and coverage, so me personally had no internet for the past two days, mobile data only worked in some places. Luckily it seems today that the whole stormy weather is gone and the sun is shinning bright and conditions are way better to run outside. I use the weekend to dive into many strecht and strenght exercises for runners and also some nice documentaries about running.
Today I ran a easy 5km run close to home, the roads where pretty empty since many of the stores and bar/restaurant are closed on Mondays. Couldn't run with my phone the actifit steps are excluding the run.
