My Actifit Report Card: 10월 23 2018

처음 올리는 actifit 포스트, 오늘은 좀 많이 걸었다.
일년 동안 택시운전하며 쌓인 뱃살을 좀 줄여야겠다. 얼마전 건강검진을 받았는데 고혈압이란다. 충격이었다. 전에는 정상이었는데 일년만에 망가졌다. 한편으로는 당연한 일이기도 하다. 얼마전부터 두통이 생겨서 좀 걱정이 되기는 했는데, 어쨌든 몸은 거짓말을 하지 않는다. 운동을 거의 하지 않은 결과다.
