My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2019 - It Must Be Love!
Well today I did do 10K! 👍
Yesterday I came up a little short of 10K but today I made it. My plan is to work out pretty hard this week because next weekend is Memorial Day weekend and I have two pool parties! I'll admit to being vain and wanting to look my absolute best in a bathing suit. 😎
For my activity today, I took a long walk with some running interspersed with it. When I got home I lifted dumbbells and did some floor exercises like planks and side planks. I also did eight chin-ups and three pull-ups and I finished it off with 30 push-ups.
I'm still having thoughts of love! Maybe I'm thinking about one special girl or mayby I'm thinking about several or maybe I'm just thinking about the season, maybe I'm thinking about girls I've Loved in the past, maybe all of the above or none of the above. Well I have said I Love You to girls in the past and I will say that if I ever said that to you I still mean it and I think of you every once in awhile! ❤ I'm probably in touch still with about half the girls I've been in love with. When I say I love you forever, I meant it!
So This must be Love! ❤ Conveniently, there is a song by Johnny Maestro & the Crests by that name. Here it is. I would recommend that you get up and do the Twist to this song. It's a really good way to tone your core and raise your heartbeat possibly into aerobic range if you do it long enough. It's part of my routine to get the summer bod I want!

And more love talk! Good for you!! Working on that summer swim suit bod huh? I wish I had a pool party to go to next weekend. It's still too cold here for pools to be warmed up enough for outdoor swimming. No friends of mine around here have a heated pool either, darn it! I'm sure the way you've been working you have that bod whipped into shape for pool parties....or someone special.
10k is amazing number with actifit and I rarely do it. Thanks tor your efforts.
