My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2019 - Honey Honey!
14K on a nice Spring day! 👍
I've been working on a project for my community and it's taking a lot of my time the last few days. So that lead to lots of moving around my office with a long break for a nice walk/run on the walking trail.
I've been trying a new snack lately. It's beef jerky from grass fed cows and make with honey! I love honey! ❤
It's my go-to sweetener and it's healthier than most. I am known for saying that honey cures everything!
