I'm going to root for the Rams. My team, the Panthers, didn't make it to the post season this year, so I don't really care that much who wins. I just want to see a good game. But a certain someone I like is pulling for the Rams, so I will too. ❤
On the house sale issue, I think I'll sign a purchase agreement tomorrow. I could wait longer for the possibility of a higher price, but time won't let me wait that long. 😎

Yes, kinda lost interest in the Super Bowl when the Bears went out. The Rams used to be a St Louis team for a few years, so I guess I'll root for them too over the Brady Bunch. Good count for Super Bowl Sunday. We went out to a state park and had a beautiful hike around it, enjoying the 60 degree day today. Shocking after the -5 we had just this week. Good luck on getting all the house stuff settled, hopefully it turns out the way you want it to.
