每个月初店里都会对上个月的“店内榜样模范”进行全店表彰，并且朗读他们的“光荣事迹”，一方面是对当事人的一个奖励肯定；另一方面是学习榜样人物的光荣事迹；争取下次表彰有更多的优秀案例！每次在班会上分享案例的时候，大家都显得非常积极，争先恐后的报名朗读。首先是对自己朗读能力的锻炼，然后读了优秀案例让自己更加的“记忆犹新”！伟哥说过：一个国家有国家的“英雄人物”就是模范作用；我们也要有我们自己的“旗帜标杆”！这都是传递正能量，是一件光荣使命！
