My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2019
Easier day than yesterday and less steps which is a little disappointing I didn’t sleep too well, so I don’t know how today will go later on. The maintenance people for my apartment woke me up. They are doing some simple fixes. No big deal!

It's good to get things fixed at the apt but no fun to get woken up. :O Maybe a nice salad with avocados will energize you. Have a good night!
I say its all about the consistency more than the steps tomorrow is another day and that means more avocados
