My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2019
Its a fun day today.
We started our jogging early and took us 3 hours to finish. Aside from the usual jogging and walking exercise, this time we took the chances to go down the river and enjoy.
We run, we jog, we sweat and we had fun.
According to my wife, this river used to have a rich and clear water. They used to swam here during their childhood days together with friends.
Unfortunately, those days are gone and will never come back unless, we will restore the trees that were cut down.
