My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2018

Hooray!

Today I am very happy!! The reason is because I break my own record!

I will maintain the healthy active lifestyle while working.

I have training session today, thus I got to walk more. Great!

I hope more people will participate this programme to motivate ourselves to be active and most importantly enjoy the active lifestyle!
