My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2019
Good Thursday afternoon Steemians and Actifitters!
I am glad that I achieved my daily 5,000 goal yesterday, or even more as I accumulated more than 12,000 activity counts yesterday. What I would be aiming next time is 20,000 as my peak has been 17,000+.
Yesterday, I woke up early to do my daily exercises, as well as some chores. After my breakfast, I prepared to go to Calasiao where our territory for deaf ministry is. We walked some distance which contributed to the number of my activity counts in the morning and afternoon. Going home, we walked some distance to get to the loading and unloading areas for public utility vehicles.
Captured this morning, and viewed the nice weather. Not too hot, not too cold. But the skies are pretty clear.
