Busy Over-Eating | Actifit: Sept 23 2019

Today I had a busy busy day, accomplished a lot and explored some interesting concepts including: climate alarmism, Trump judge appointments and Fed money printing.

I feel as if this week is historic in many ways.

Additionally I was able to accomplish 10k steps but my diet was poor: Tim Bits, cookies and a muffin. It wasn't a great dietary day but at least I am not Trudeau.
