My Actifit Report Card: 08/04

Quite an active day today especially as I was feeling a little sore from yesterday's Half Marathon. I honestly still can't get over my time, and I am so, so happy with it - I've had quite a lot of congratulations sent my way today from family and friends, and it means the world - my running bug has gotten far, far worse over the weekend (I'm even thinking of signing up for an Ultra trail marathon that's quite local to me in August).

This morning I was on a solo dog walk, which started the day off quite well and was quite therapeutic on the stiff muscles. I then did a little bit of Uni work (but not as much as I would've liked) before just chilling for the rest of the day. I was also the chef for the evening, and made some rissotto for the family.

Tomorrow I'd like to head out for a run, but I'll see how the legs are feeling in the morning. I'd really, really like to see whether I can do some tempo efforts during the week and try and smash my Andover Parkrun PB and possibly go for a sub-19 5k! Anything is possible after my HM time yesterday.
