Not a great stepcount for me today. Had a two hour lecture in the morning, and had quite a slippy walk to and from that because of the frost last night. Other than that I didn't really get up to much. The weather wasn't great so I didn't get out the house other than for my lecture.
Tomorrow is Parkrun day, so I've got that to look forward to! I'm going to try to run in 21 minutes but if it's as frosty as this morning was that would certainly be a struggle!
