My Actifit Report Card: oktober 15 2018.
Today I had time to get out for exercise and a walk with Nero in the forest before dark. My personal record to the highest point on the trail at 300 m. above the sea is 24 min. and 25 seconds. That was 2 years ago. Today I did it on 24 min. and 46 seconds. It seems like I still are functional 😊
Nero love berries of all kinds and pick and eat when he can. Even if they have been frozen it seems like they ar good to eat. Bon appetite :-)

Good job on hike! Maybe Nero is part bear? Dogs eating berries. That is new to me. My two sons hiked to a peak in Vermont. Reminded me of your photos.

Boys are at college on the east coast. Winter is coming there. I am still here in California.
