Do not waste your "free" time
When we have some free time, we do not use the opportunity of that free time in a effective way; rather we do something which in same senses is considered as a "waste of time". And we not realise that we are wasting our time. When/if we have some very busy time , only then we can realise the value of the free time. I am experiencing that now.
The most busiest day ever. A total of 110 patients! Alhamdulillah. A record for me. The highest patients in a single day.

It is one of the fluoroquinolone antibiotics just like ciprofloxacin. And yes, it can be given in typhoid fever. But we are more familiar with ciprofloxacin. I, personally prefer ceftriaxone and cefixim
