Slight off day (My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2019)
Today was a weird day!
I had a headache for most of it, I didn't get enough sleep and I didn't eat right!
I did have basketball practice later on and after taking a nap I felt good enough to go...
Training was killing btw!
Tomorrow will be better!
