Hello actifitters,
Today is little bit cold in India, I think winter season is on the way
And I love winter season, no much sweating , no dehydration.
In the morning I went to the doctor and told him the whole situation and he checked it and told me its because of little bit push of vein's. And its all right so I back to football ground and did my practice very well and in evening I running in the park because theirs a festival in ground.
