My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2019

Hello everyone!

A respectable count today. I’ve been cleaning and gardening and generally pottering around the place. Nothing crazy but thankfully it all adds up!

I went a bit overboard with exercise the other day and my muscles are aching so I have been having a couple of rest days to recover. I’ll be skipping again tomorrow!
