My Actifit Day #3
As you know during my daily job I'm used to walk a lot, it's amazing to see how @actifit gives you the possibility to monetize what you normally do everyday anyway.
Chest, shoulders and biceps today, I always train 4 times a week with a split routine A-B rest A-B, where A is dedicated to push muscles and B to pull muscles. ♂️
I'm cutting with a carb cycling right now:
- Monday 500 gr
- Tuesday 350 gr
- Wednesday 200 gr
- Thursday 350 gr
- Friday 500 gr
- Saturday 180 gr
- Sunday 180 gr
During the weekend I'm not so physically active that's why I can decrease my carbs intake so much, we'll see how it goes in a couple of months.
