Extreme Jogging - Actifit Report Card: Dec 14 2018 - Exploring a new gorge
Although my Achilles bugged me on my way up to the new Gorge we explored above Paradyskloof in Stellenbosch, South Africa, it was feeling good on the way down. I completed the run with little pain, which was great!
The scenery was also amazing!
