Today I bought my fist bicycle in 20 years. As an alternative to my running I've been cycling with an old mountain bike a friend left at my house when he went to London.

I found this second hand beautiful worth around R30k, but bought it for a bargain of R6k!

          Dang! Nice pick up! I bought one a year ago for $50. Just to see if I would I would use it. I did, a lot. This spring I'm eyeing up a replacement.
