My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2019
Gosh, today was mad!😥
Training was a short 5 mile jog in the morning followed by a light weight lifting session.
Nothing special to note, next week I will alter my running training to jog\sprint training. 🏃
Next week I plan on doing a lot more cardio, I've been slacking this week due to work.
Speaking of which. My internet has been down for just over a day and I had lots of Skype meetings and emails to do.
So I had to get a taxi to a cafe as so I could use Skype and email some people.
Picture is from a giant Cappuccino I drank there 😋.
My net access on my phone, which I am using just now, is Hella expensive!
