Today I've recorded 16k plus activities with my actifit app. It is very surprising to know that how much step I am taking in a whole day. Before using Actifit App I saw different persons on the platform who share their activities with more then 10k and it always surprised me that how they do that but now I got it that it's normal. Because we haven't counted our activities.
