Well today turned out to be productive. Just put a normal days work in and after work turned in a 1.5 mile jog. Not great but not to shabby either. If the weather would cooperate we may get to go racing tomorrow. Gingers crossed.

Jogging is very good for health. Because jogging can strengthen bones and avoid brittle bones.
