이틀 동안 그전보다 힘들게 일을 했다.
안 쓰던 근육들이 놀랬는지 살면서 아파보지 않았던 근육들이 욱신거리고 아프다.
우리는 살면서 우리몸을 얼마나 잘 활용하며 살까?
열심히 움직인다고 움직이며 사는데도 잠자고 있던 근육이 있었다는 것이 신기하다.
내일까지는 힘들게 일을 할 것 같다.
이렇게 된거 쉬고 있던 그 근육이 튼튼해지라도 했으면 좋겠다.
