I have alot of different things planned out for these posts to make them more interesting to click on...including some very creative ways to stay active. Today...is just an experiment! The 'wellness journal' aspect will be a personal markup chart with daily pain levels...and reminders for stuff like drinking water and taking supplements. These won't be all that exciting to read about...but it will make me a lot more accountable. I have yet to find the perfect app that motivates me to keep coming back in order to record these things...so I might as well use my actifit posts for this purpose in the meantime. I get very overwhelmed trying to remember too many separate things...so when stuff can serve multiple purposes this is good!
I made the cover image with some hand drawn doodles in a basic cartoon clip art style...that I am very fond of doing! I think that it still needs a bit of work though...and I will be making a matching graphic for social media to help promote the Steem blockchain and Actifit. Since joining this platform...I have been keeping my head in the sand when it comes to mainstream social media. It takes an enormous amount of effort for me to give them fresh chances. Certain goals this year require a much wider online presence to be successful. You can follow me for random dip my toes back in the water type posts...and to watch me flail around in confusion and generally overthink everything. I tried to accomplish 5000 steps today...I really did! I even pushed myself onto the brink of flaring up. But...I have already accepted there will probably be a lot of days like today...and that's okay. I can only do what I can do. When my muscles get stronger and my pain is a lot more under control doing more will be easier. Chronic pain is not predictable...but hopefully tomorrow will be park day! Between resting on all of the benches...I can get some steps in. I am also looking forward to taking some pictures for various projects...including one being organized by a new and yet already dear friend over at @thehippierays to raise awareness surrounding the terrible and misunderstood disease called CRPS...which we both have.
