My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2019

Merhabalar

Bugün biraz tembelliğim üzerimdeydi. Hiç hareket edesim yoktu aslında.

Ama raporu öğleden önce yayınlayamazsam unutacağımdan emin oldum.

Kendimi zorlayarak attım dışarı. Ritmik sabah yürüyüşlerine devam ettim. Yarım saat aralıklarla yürüyorum. Aralarda 5 dk dinleniyorum.

Sonrası iş telaşı malum. Günlük koşturmalarla da adım sayımı doldurdum.
