My Actifit Report Card: 三月 21 2019
Off work today,stay in hospital in daytime.The weather is cloudy and windy ,the temperature has dropped I have a lot of house work to do and need to take care my kid. No time to take walking exercise.At night ,when all things are settled down.I still took twenty minutes walking exercise before sleep.I think actifit changed me .These are today's activities.
